After a bit of disruption by the events of 2020 and the Covid-19 pandemic, we are pleased to announce that we’re back and launching a new community outreach and engagement activity: RoadMAP/UK.
RoadMAP/UK consists of three parts. The first is an educational briefing consisting of nine short video tutorials which aims to provide a foundation of knowledge of the core concepts in applied metabolic phenotyping. The second part is a survey which will help us understand your interests and priorities for the successful application of metabolic phenotyping within your own research. The third part is a follow-up discussion which will review and build on what we’ve collectively learned from the survey data, allowing for more detailed discussion around key topics of interest. Ultimately, our hope is to be able to use our existing capabilities and align our novel capability development activities to meet the needs of the UK biomedical research community. This listening activity is a critical step forward in that process.
